In this course, participants will examine ways to implement corrective action to get troubled projects back on track and successfully completed. One goal of this course is to have participants learn to handle both the human and process dimensions of successfully assessing and recovering challenged projects is key. Learners will be guided through activities to determine the symptoms of a challenged project, create an assessment and recovery process, and prevent future project failure through team exercises. *All open enrollment courses run daily from 9am-5pm ET.
