Description
Leadership coaching is provided on a one-on-one basis and tailored to each individual based on a leadership survey provided prior to the scheduled coaching session. The survey details leadership topics and aims to highlight potential “pain points” or focus areas to target leadership development and assist in making each coaching session productive and customized to the participant.
