FPM 332: Progressive Contracting Strategies for Programs

This course provides an overview of managing federal contracts with a focus on the acquisition plan, the pre-award and source selection process, leading and appraising contract execution and formulating contract approaches. FPM 333: Progressive Business, Cost & Financial Management

Designed for individuals earning their senior level FAC-P/PM certifications, FPM 333 is fully FAI-verified as meeting all OFPP / FAI v2.1 for the "Business, Cost Estimating, and Financial Management” Competency.
