Description

This course will discuss Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Part 213 of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, which cover simplified acquisition procedures (SAP). An in-depth review of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and many authentic scenarios are presented in this very interactive course.

  • Given a description of a requirement, determine the types of evaluation factors to use in Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) solicitations.
  • Given a description of a post-award issue, identify the actions that should be taken according to FAR Part 13.
  • Given a statement describing the major points covered in the preceding lessons on Simplified Acquisition Procedures, select the corresponding definition, policy, regulation, threshold, or procedure.
