SUMMARY:Accessing and Recovering Troubled Projects
DESCRIPTION:In this course\, participants will examine ways to implement corrective action to get troubled projects back on track and successfully completed. One goal of this course is to have participants learn to handle both the human and process dimensions of successfully assessing and recovering challenged projects is key.
