Mr. Barnett has been an operational Acquisitions Professional and an Instructor for over 16 years. He has demonstrated his operational contracting knowledge and professional training capabilities at multiple agencies.
Mr. Barnett is a Service Disabled Veteran who served honorably in both the United States Air Force and the United States Navy.
Beau’s degrees include an Associate’s Degree in Federal Contracting from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor’s Degree from Embry-Riddle University in Business Management, and a Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma in Public Administration.
He resides in Huntsville, AL with his wife, Kara Barnett, and their 2 children.

As President of Technology Services for Stafford Consulting Company (SCC), Mike is responsible for pursuing and winning new business in the federal arena. His history and focus on winning prime contracts will result in aggressive growth and the exploration of new business avenues. Mike is a passionate supporter of small business programs and believes in bringing value to every engagement, every partner, and every customer.
He has led professional services and business development organizations prior to his tenure at SCC, where he ensured high utilization of company services resources, ran bid and proposal efforts, and ensured corporate processes were matured to support growth. Mike has extensive on-site experience with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) Global Combat Support System (GCCS) and the Global Command and Control System (GCCS) programs. Retired from the US Air Force in 1997, where Lt. Col. Pait created enterprise policy relating to full life-cycle software development. Mike is considered an expert in Command and Control (C2) software and has made a career of developing and refining C2 systems from the tactical to the strategic level. He is a seasoned software practitioner with engineering and architectural expertise in mainframes, client-server, object-oriented development, artificial intelligence, and all major software architectural and developmental methodologies.
Pait’s career in the Air Force included assignments in USSTRATCOM, Air Combat Command (ACC), the intelligence community and the Air Staff. He is an active member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the Commemorative Air Force (CAF).
Mike’s degrees include a Bachelor’s Degree from East Carolina University in Mathematics, a Master’s Degree from Florida Institute of Technology in Computer Science and a Post Graduate Certificate in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
